By accessing or using ReceiptCamp ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use our Service.
These Terms apply to all users of the Service, including visitors, registered users, and subscribers.
2. Description of Service
ReceiptCamp is an AI-powered receipt management software that:
- Processes receipt images and documents using artificial intelligence
- Extracts data from receipts and converts it to Excel format
- Provides secure storage for receipt data and images
- Offers organizational tools including tagging and categorization
3. User Accounts
Registration
To use our Service, you must create an account by providing accurate and complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.
Account Responsibility
You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account. You must immediately notify us of any unauthorized use of your account.
Age Requirement
You must be at least 16 years old to use our Service. Users under 18 should have parental or guardian consent.
4. Subscription and Billing
Free Trial
New users receive a 5-day free trial period. No payment information is required during the trial period.
Subscription Plans
After the free trial, you can choose from our available subscription plans. Billing occurs monthly unless otherwise specified.
Payment Processing
Payments are processed securely through Stripe. You authorize us to charge your chosen payment method for subscription fees.
No Refunds
All subscription fees are non-refundable. However, you may cancel your subscription at any time, and your service will continue until the end of your current billing period.
5. Cancellation and Termination
Cancellation by User
You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings. Cancellation will take effect at the end of your current billing period.
Termination by Us
We may terminate your account immediately if you breach these Terms or engage in prohibited activities.
Data Deletion
When your account is deleted, all personal data including receipt images and extracted data is permanently deleted immediately.
6. User Content and Data
Your Content
You retain ownership of all receipt images and data you upload. You grant us a limited license to process this content to provide our Service.
Content Standards
You may only upload legitimate business receipts. You may not upload:
- Illegal, offensive, or inappropriate content
- Copyrighted material without permission
- Personal identification documents unrelated to receipts
- False or fraudulent documents
Data Control
You can delete your receipt data at any time. Deleted data is immediately removed from our systems.
7. Service Availability
We strive to maintain high service availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may temporarily suspend service for:
- Scheduled maintenance
- System updates
- Technical issues beyond our control
- Security incidents
8. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Use the Service for illegal purposes
- Attempt to reverse engineer or hack the Service
- Upload malicious content or attempt to compromise security
- Share your account credentials with others
- Use automated systems to excessively access the Service
- Violate any applicable laws or regulations
9. AI Processing Limitations
Our AI-powered data extraction:
- Aims for high accuracy but may contain errors
- Works best with clear, legible receipt images
- May not recognize all receipt formats or languages
- Should be reviewed for accuracy before use in financial records
You are responsible for verifying the accuracy of extracted data before using it for business purposes.
10. Privacy and Data Protection

11. Intellectual Property
The Service, including all software, designs, text, and trademarks, is owned by Receipt Camp and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute our proprietary content.
12. Disclaimer of Warranties
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.
13. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, RECEIPT CAMP SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOSS OF DATA, REVENUE, OR PROFITS.
14. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Kingdom. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of the United Kingdom.
15. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify users of material changes by email or through the Service. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
